Oxford Nanopore Technolodies agreed to provide us “the thing” which will be a necessary tool to carry on our project. We are looking forward to having “the thing”.
We visited Bento Bioworks who sells a product called “Bento” Lab (meaning Japanese lunch box), a portable DNA laboratory kit which can travel wherever the science project goes (in our case, SATREPS project). Bento Bioworks agreed to provide our needs for the project, and we are very excited to collaborate with them.
University Research Administration (URA) located in Kyoto University interviewed us regarding our project. We shared a brief process of how we obtained the research fundings such as SPIRITS (Supporting Program for InteRaction-Based Initiative Team Studies) and SATREPS (Science And Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development) that will greatly support this project. The video record of this interview will be shown on Kyoko University campus near future.
